Sheeps Milk Feta Pizza

A delicious nutritious Pizza

 

 

1 Wholemeal spelt pizza base or pitta bread

Tomato Paste

Sheep's Milk Feta Cheese 1/4 of the block

100g Pecorino cheese finely grated

2 garlic cloves sliced

1 handful of English Spinach

1 handful of fresh basil torn

Fresh thyme torn

1/2 red capsicum sliced

Cracked black pepper

Light olive spray

Method:

Preheat oven to 200C non-fan forced.  Line a baking tray with baking paper

Spread the tomato paste over the base of the pizza

Place the capsicum and garlic with a little olive oil in a frying pan and gently saute until softened then take off the heat and spread over the pizza base

Spread the torn basil and spinach over the top then crumble the sheeps milk fetta and finely grated pecorino over the top

Spray the pizza with a light olive and finish with cracked black pepper

Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the cheese browns

Serve with a green salad and an olive oil and white balsamic dressing
