Cashew Cream 

This is a slightly sweet nutty dairy-free alternative to cream with no saturated fats.  Simply delicious!

 

 

1-2 cups apple juice (start off with 2/3 cup of apple juice add more to thin down)

1 1/2 cups roughly chopped raw cashews

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons maple syrup

pinch of sea salt

 

Puree in a blender and serve with desserts instead of cream - Hmmm!
